The dispatch time is 2 to 4 business days, counted from the confirmation of payment. Once the order has been dispatched, the transportation time to the delivery address will depend on the destination's location.

For exchanges, please notify us via WhatsApp or email within fifteen (15) calendar days for size or preference changes, or within thirty (30) calendar days for quality-related issues.
