  • At Saduma, we want you to truly love every pair of shoes you choose. However, if you need to request a return or exchange, we are happy to assist you by following the guidelines below:

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us through one of our authorized channels:

Deadlines:

  • For size or design changes: within 15 calendar days after receiving your order.

  • For quality-related issues: within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.


Conditions for a Valid Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Not be modified or altered from its original condition.
  • Be clean, in good condition, and include all original packaging (boxes, bags, and any other components).
  • Be properly packed to protect the product during transportation.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Discounted or promotional items (including repaired, remanufactured, or discontinued products). These are considered final sale.
  • Special sizes (34, 41, and 42), as these are made-to-order.
  • Customized or special-order items, created according to customer specifications.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customer responsibility: Shipping costs for returns and reshipments are covered by the customer.
  • Saduma responsibility: For quality-related claims, Saduma will cover both shipping costs.

Process and Response Times

  • Upon receiving your product at our warehouse, we will evaluate its condition within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Once the evaluation is complete, we will inform you whether your return or exchange is approved.
  • You may then choose from the following options:

Exchange Options

  • Exchange for a different size, color, or design, subject to inventory availability.
  • If the new item is of lower value, a store credit will be issued.
  • If the new item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid via bank transfer or a secure payment link.
  • The new item will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days after the exchange is approved.

Store Credit or Voucher

  • Issued for the value of the returned product.
  • Valid for 1 year for purchases at www.sadumashop.com.co or via WhatsApp.
  • Sent to your email within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If the Product Does Not Meet Return Conditions

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we will notify you via email or through the same channel used for your purchase.
The product will then be returned to the original shipping address.
